CLAIM OF ORDER
Once you have been informed of the shipment and the required deadline for delivery has passed without having received the goods, you must inform us immediately in order to reclaim from the carrier and trace the shipment. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation was after the shipment, the customer must pay the costs of sending and retrieval. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
It is possible to return the products served, provided that we have prior communication, indicating the reasonable grounds for the return, and we've accepted. The customer must pay the cost of return as long as the items served are in line with demand. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The law applicable to this contract shall be the Law of Catalonia. Any disagreement, both contracting parties to this contract expressly submit and renouncing their own jurisdiction, the decision of the proceedings, through institutional arbitration of the Consumer Arbitration Board of Catalonia (Junta Arbitral de Consum de Catalunya), which handle the administration of the arbitration. In the event that arbitration not be reached by mutual agreement or be declared invalid, both parties submit to the Courts of the city of Tortosa renouncing their own jurisdiction if different.
